We aim for you to receive your product within 7 days of purchase. If this does not happen, please contact us to let us know. We use Royal mail for most of our deliverues and if there is no one available to collect the parcel, they may leave a card  for you or may leave the parcel for you to collect.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must send back the item unused in the original packaging within 14 days for a refund.

Postage prices: All our parcels are sent by first class post unless otherwise stated. Our packaging and postage prices depends on the weight of the item purchased. For others over 10kg, we may use parcel force. Postage cost is calculated at the time of your order just before you check out. This will be shown to you.
